Trader & Exhibitor Information
This page gives Dealers and Exhibitors who have booked tables everything you need to know about parking, setup and general arrangements ahead of your visit to NORCON.
Please make sure you’ve read the Trader FAQs first.
A dedicated team will be on hand throughout the day to assist and direct you, and we’ll send you a contact number as the event gets closer.
If you’d like to bring your own hand and surface sanitisation products for your stall, you’re welcome to do so.

On Friday 24th September the main gate opposite Premier Inn will be open to access the site. FRIDAY ONLY

The event venue will be open from 15:00 on Friday 24th September for setup until 20:00 when doors will close and the venue must be vacated. As we are still setting up, for Health 7 Safety NO ONE will be allowed to setup before 15:00.
We would STRONGLY advise and encourage as many of you as possible to set up on Friday 24th September.
Your wristbands will be issued when you arrive.
We have daytime and overnight security arranged so that the venue is not left unattended. Exhibitors are permitted to leave their goods in situ overnight at their own risk.
Saturday 25th September, doors will be open at 06:00 – 08:30 There will be NO traffic or setups allowed after 09:00. Security will direct you to the drop off and unloading points.
Any traders activity AFTER 9:00am will have to use the VISITOR GREEN CAR PARK as detailed below.
Unless otherwise agreed or notification has been given, any traders that have not set up by 9:30am may have their tables allocated to another trader or re-purposed. All sales are final and non refundable / transferable.
All walkways in the Arena must be cleared by 09:15 ready for an 09:30 opening to the public.
No unauthorised vehicle movement is permitted on site whilst the show is open to the public.
NOTHING IS TO BE FIXED OR SECURED TO THE VENUE WALLS PLEASE.
INSURANCE & PUBLIC SAFETY
All exhibitors are required to hold valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and must bring a copy of their policy to the event, along with any other relevant licences or certifications.
Exhibitors are fully responsible for their allocated trading area, including all items on display, and for any claims arising from the handling or interaction with these items. Goods, displays, or tables must not be placed in public walkways at any time.
Exhibitors shall indemnify NORCON Events Limited against any and all claims, damages, or expenses resulting from incidents occurring in connection with their presence or activity at the event.
Please note: Traders and exhibitors are not covered by NORCON Events Limited’s insurance. It is the responsibility of each individual or business to ensure they have appropriate cover in place.
For public safety, no unauthorised vehicle movement is permitted while the event is open to the public.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Please do not attend the show if you feel unwell or display any signs of Covid 19. Face coverings are not mandatory but you are free to wear them if you choose to.
Traders are expected to keep their stalls safe and clean.
Electronic Payment methods (ideally contactless) should be used where possible.
VACATING THE SITE AND CLEAR DOWN
Event public opening and closing times are:
Saturday 25th September 09:30 – 17:00.
Sunday 26th September 09:30 – 16:00.
ALL traders MUST have cleared down and vacated the venue by no later than 19:00 on Sunday 26th September.
In the past we have had isolated incidents of traders taking far too long to clear away. We are obliged by contract to be out of the premises and have it secured by a certain time and we will adhere to this. A £100 charge will be incurred to any traders that have not vacated the premises by 19:00 on Sunday 26th September 2027.
All rubbish must be placed in skips/bins provided or taken away by the exhibitor.
Cardboard boxes are to be flattened prior to being placed into the skips.
EXHIBITORS LAYOUT
This shows a layout for Dealers/Exhibitors for NORCON with your pitch allocation numbers. Upon arrival, you will also have waiting for you on your table an envelope with your wristbands and parking pass enclosed. All tables will be clearly marked.
Trader pitches A1-A8 and C1 – C15 are up closer towewards the stage area and will be subject to varying light and sound changes.

You will also need to bring your order confirmation, this was sent to you by email when you placed your order and can be either printed out or displayed on your mobile phone or tablet.

Please note that there may be a few pitch moves but we will try to keep these to a minimum.
Please make sure you check this list frequently to make sure your pitch location has not been changed.
PITCH BOUNDARIES
We understand that every trader wants to make the most of their allocated space, but please ensure that your stand remains within the boundaries of the space you have booked.
Expanding forwards, sideways or into neighbouring areas can impact other traders, disrupt the planned layout and create potential health and safety risks.
Any trader found setting up outside their allocated space will be asked to move their stand back within the correct boundary, regardless of how inconvenient this may be once setup has begun.
Please plan your stand carefully and make sure all tables, displays, stock and equipment fit comfortably within your allocated area and do not impact on other traders.

GETTING HERE & PARKING INFORMATION
Norfolk Showground Arena Dereham Road Costessey Norwich NR5 0TT SATNAV: Postcode NR5 0TT.
Follow signs for Norfolk Showground. We will have signs up and parking assistants to direct you to the unloading area and we have roller shutters for the venue for quick access.
No vehicles are permitted into the Arena to unload unless by specific authorisation and we would ask you to be considerate to other traders and not to block the loading areas and to remove your vans/cars to the designated Trader Parking area at the rear of the venue as soon as possible please.
We will have on site security to assist with parking and helping clear vehicles from the loading areas.
Do not park next to the Arena, there are Fire Doors here that must not be obstructed. Any Vehicles parked here will be asked to be moved.
Please ensure you display your parking pass which will be on your allocated table for you upon arrival.
In the interest of safety there will be NO vehicles allowed entry to the traders area after 08:30 am on Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th September.
Please allow yourself adequate travelling time to arrive, unload and set up. Again, we strongly advise setup on Friday 24th September.
TRADER PARKING ROUTE
On Friday 24th September to help with congestion, the main gate opposite Premier Inn will be open to access the site. FRIDAY ONLY YELLOW ROUTE
DO NOT RY TO ACCESS SITE VIA THIS GATE ON Saturday 25th September as it may be locked – you must use Gate E !
Please note that the Main gates (gates C / D) and Gate 11 / Gate E will be locked on Friday 24th September by 20:00 and there will be no access to the site until 06:00 next morning.
On Saturday 25th September 2027 the venue will be locked up at 19:00. YOU MUST be vacated off the premises by this time please. Failure to do so could incur a £100 charge.
We will have on site security throughout the evenings on Friday 24th September and Saturday 25th September
