NORCON Traders Information
This page will give Dealers and Exhibitors, who have booked tables, updates on parking, setups and any other information we think you will need to make your visit to NORCON as easy as we can.
Please make sure you have fully read the Trader FAQ’s first.
You will have a dedicated team on the day to assist and direct you and we will also give you a contact number as the event gets closer.
In the interest of the ongoing Covid situation, if you want to bring your own sanitisation products to use on your stall then please do so.

SETUP
- Event Location: Norfolk Showground Arena – Norwich – NR5 0TT
- Show open to public Saturday 27th September 09:30 – 17:00 and Sunday 28th September 09:30 – 16:00
SETUP TIMES
- Setup – Friday 26th September 15:00 – 20:00
- Setup – Saturday 27th September 06:00 – 09:00 (latest)
- Sunday entry from 07:00 to the venue for Traders. Doors open to public at 09:30
The event venue will be open from 15:00 on Friday 26th September for setup until 20:00 when doors will close and the venue must be vacated.
We would STRONGLY advise and encourage as many of you as possible to set up on Friday 26th September.
Your wristbands and car passes will be issued when you arrive.
We have daytime and overnight security arranged so that the venue is not left unattended. Exhibitors are permitted to leave their goods in situ overnight at their own risk.
Saturday 27th September, doors will be open at 06:00 – 08:30 ONLY. USE THE YELLOW ROUTE. There will be NO traffic or setups allowed after 08:30. Security will direct you to the drop off and unloading points.
Any traders activity AFTER 8:00am will have to use the BLUE ROUTE as detailed below.
Unless otherwise agreed or notification has been given, any traders that have not set up by 9:30am may have their tables allocated to another trader or re-purposed.
All walkways in the Arena must be cleared by 09:15 ready for an 09:30 opening to the public.
No unauthorised vehicle movement is permitted on site whilst the show is open to the public.
NOTHING IS TO BE FIXED OR SECURED TO THE VENUE WALLS PLEASE.
INSURANCE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
- All exhibitors must have a copy of their own PLI (Public Liability Insurance) at the event and any other relevant licenses.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own trading area including every object displayed on their stand and liability of all claims arising from the handling of objects. you must not place goods or tables of any kind in public walkways.
- Exhibitors shall indemnify NORCON Events Limited against all claims, damages or expenses arising from any incident that may occur at the show.
- Traders and Exhibitors are NOT covered by NORCON Insurance. This is the responsibility of the individual to arrange their own insurance.
- No unauthorised vehicle movement is permitted whilst the show is open to the public.
- Exhibitors/Traders are responsible for their trading area including every object displayed on their pitch and liability of all claims arising from the handling of these objects.
COVID 19 HEALTH & SAFETY
- Please do not attend the show if you feel unwell or display any signs of Covid 19.
- Face coverings are not mandatory but you are free to wear them if you choose to.
- Traders are expected to keep their stalls safe and clean.
- Electronic Payment methods (ideally contactless) should be used where possible.
VACATING THE VENUE – CLEAR DOWN
Event public opening and closing times are:
- Saturday 27th September 09:30 – 17:00.
- Sunday 28th September 09:30 – 16:00.
- ALL traders MUST have cleared down and vacated the venue by no later than 19:00 on Sunday 28th September.
- In the past we have had isolated incidents of traders taking far too long to clear away. We are obliged by contract to be out of the premises and have it secured by a certain time and we will adhere to this. A £100 charge will be incurred to any traders that have not vacated the premises by 19:00 on Sunday 28th September 2025.
- All rubbish must be placed in skips provided or taken away by the exhibitor.
- Cardboard boxes are to be flattened prior to being placed into the skips.
EXHIBITORS LAYOUT
This shows a layout for Dealers/Exhibitors for NORCON with your pitch allocation numbers. Upon arrival, you will also have waiting for you on your table an envelope with your wristbands and parking pass enclosed. All tables will be clearly marked.
You will also need to bring your order confirmation, this was sent to you by email when you placed your order and can be either printed out or displayed on your mobile phone or tablet.

Please make sure you check this list frequently to make sure your pitch location has not been changed.

GETTING HERE & PARKING INFORMATION
Norfolk Showground Arena Dereham Road Costessey Norwich NR5 0TT SATNAV: Postcode NR5 0TT. Follow signs for Norfolk Showground. We will have signs up and parking assistants to direct you to the unloading area and we have roller shutters for the venue for quick access.
No vehicles are permitted into the Arena to unload unless by specific authorisation and we would ask you to be considerate to other traders and not to block the loading areas and to remove your vans/cars to the designated Trader Parking area at the rear of the venue as soon as possible please. We will have on site security to assist with parking and helping clear vehicles from the loading areas.
Do not park next to the Arena, there are Fire Doors here that must not be obstructed. Any Vehicles parked here will be asked to be moved.
Please ensure you display your parking pass which will be on your allocated table for you upon arrival.
In the interest of safety there will be NO vehicles allowed entry to the traders area after 08:30 am on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th September.
Please allow yourself adequate travelling time to arrive, unload and set up. Again, we strongly advise setup on Friday 26th September.
TRADER PARKING ROUTE
Please follow the route indicated by the YELLOW road up till 8:30am.
All trader movement after 8:30am must use the BLUE route.
Please note that the Main gates WILL be locked on Friday 26th September by 20:00 and there will be no access to the site until 05:30 next morning.
On Saturday 27th September 2025 the venue will be locked up at 18:00. YOU MUST be vacated off the premises by this time please.
We will have on site security throughout the evenings on Friday 26th September and Saturday 27th September
